The Simpsons Arrives in Rocket League: But It's Not the Car You're Dreaming Of

We already knew that The Simpsons was teaming up with Epic Games' battle royale, but this isn't the sole destination where enthusiasts can immerse themselves in the world of Springfield. The beloved show is coming over to the popular soccer-driving hybrid, introducing an vehicle customization option that will also be usable in Fortnite. That said, if gamers will truly desire to use it is another question, as fans have their hearts set on just one Simpsons vehicle everyone is itching to get behind the wheel of, and this isn't it.

The Dream Vehicle

Although most gamers would undoubtedly love to compete while driving The Homer—the famously flawed automobile Homer designed personally in the 1991 episode "the one where he meets Herb"—regrettably, that isn't what players are receiving. Not even receiving the Canyonero, the enormous vehicle featured in the tenth season. Rather, players will obtain the family's standard well-worn sedan, which they've been driving since the show's early days.
